Crew and contractors give consent to receive scheduling text messages by checking the box below on the account-setup screen of our Stickman HQ crew portal, before their account is created. The checkbox is unchecked by default; the person must actively check it. This page reproduces the exact opt-in wording and control shown on that screen:
